What I Wore: Casual Camo

It is so weird how I count down the days to the weekend. But I do and it is almost here. Hallelujah! Am I alone in this?

I have some news. My poor little point and shoot camera bit the dust the other day. A gust of wind knocked down my mini tripod and broke the lens. My camera is not working. I am going to try and find an old camera to make do until I buy my fancy camera in the next week! Wahoo! I am finally moving up in the world. I have been saving all of the money from my sales on Poshmark to buy a new camera. I am about $75 dollars away and I am so excited. I cannot wait to learn a new art and hopefully up the ante on my blog pics.

Today's look is me at my finest. Lazy and taking advantage of being able to wear whatever I want to work while it lasts. Haha. I am pretty much obsessed with camo, ripped jeans and hats. You guys, I even wore a wife beater instead of a regular cami tank. So here I am in all my casual, basic, trashtastic glory! ;)

 The best part about this outfit is that I went to meet up with a couple of my girlfriends for dinner. We all had on camo outerwear. Yup! You cannot plan this kind of thing, it really happens. Lol!

It is almost the weekend. Woot! Woot!

In college, Thursday's meant that it was the weekend. I think I still have that mentality ;)

If you ask me what my favorite color is, I always say Purple...

...AND Leopard.

Leopard is totally a color. It is always the first print that I am drawn too. I just can't get enough.

I have been collecting pics of leopard outfits/accessories/shoes and have compiled a great collection.

Stripes Lovin'

Oh how I yearn to wear stripes.

I see pictures of celebs and bloggers wearing stripes every day. I always want to copy their outfits. Always.

Stripes make me look LARGE and in CHARGE.

I hate it.

Since I can't wear them, I will just dream about them.

The many ways to wear Leather or {faux} Leather

Leather is being used in every silhouette these days.

Shirts, pants, jackets and even dresses.

It is no longer considered "dominatrix" it is an every day fabrication that is being rocked in so many different outfits.

These leather pieces are worn on the red carpet, out to a nice dinner or even running errands around town.

Jenna's toughens up a more classic outfit and I love the drapiness of Kim's look.

Lauren's outfit is one of my favs! I love the color of her dress and her hair is amazing. Her shoes and jacket really compliment AND complete the look.

Nicole pairs her jacket with an all black ensemble, letting her shoes take center stage.

Leather or faux Leather leggings seem to be the pant of choice. Ashley and Lauren wear them in a more casual way. JLo chose leather shorts. I am OBSESSED with this whole look! It is amazing. Plus the shoes are AWESOME. Leather and Leopard is the perfect combination :)
