What SHE Wore: J Brand denim leggings

I know that most of us are Fashionista's at heart.

It is hard not to really, really want something when you see it on someone else. Especially when it looks so DANG good. When my sister put on her Birthday outfit I was blown away with how great her legs looked and I fell in love with her jeans. My sis is getting more savvy in her wardrobe and I was tickled to hear that they were the J Brand denim leggings. My sister loves them so much she bought TWO pairs. And at $170 bucks a piece that is some SERIOUS love.

I think that the pants look amazing for a couple of reasons.

1. The color is deep and dark enough to slim and elongate the leg

2. The pants hit just below her ankle and there isn't a lot of extra fabric. They are tight without being too tight.

Look for Less: Ruffled Bathing Suit

When I saw these pictures of Kate Beckinsale a few months ago I knew that her bathing suit was EXACTLY what I wanted for 2011. I have NO clue who it is made by but I have to have it.

I love a suit with a lot of details.

I feel like special details draws the eye AWAY from my belly!

I love the ruffles and I know that this bathing suit would have people focused on my best assets, not my worst.

I happened to be on the Old Navy website and found THIS suit.

This is pretty much the exact suit as Kate's.

I ran to my nearest store (even though it clearly states on the site that this suit is only available on .com} with the hope that maybe someone had returned the suit so I could see it in person. They didn't have it (DUH) so I ordered it online.

Each piece is about 20 bucks.

I can bet I spent a lot LESS than Kate.

Now if I only had her body...

My favorite thing about dressing up for New Year's Eve is busting out all of my sparkly pieces.

Why I feel that it is necessary to resemble a disco ball is beyond me.

But I love it.

Seventy: Look for less

Chambray is a huge color for spring.

I loved this picture of Haylie Duff sporting the trend.

On celebstyle.com they try and find the exact outfit that a celebrity is wearing. I love the outfit but I would not spend $2800 on one outfit (the Vince top is $185).

I wanted to see if I could find the look, accessories and all, for $500 bucks. I went to Nordstrom.com to find everything.
