What I Wore: Layers and layers

It is COLD is Utah.

C-O-L-D.

And nothing fights the cold like wearing many layers.

I also wore a beret/beanie and scarf.

I am enjoying dressing up in winter clothes.

What I Wore: Happy New Year

I wanted to start the year off right.

So I wore my favorite sweater.

And went to eat my two favorite things at Claim Jumper.

French Onion soup (no bread) and Baked Sweet Potato (no butter, brown sugar only)

I wanted to eat right and and look cute.

Mission Accomplished.

(p.s. I wore this outfit two days in a row. it was THAT comfy)

That night we headed out to see Blue Valentine at the Arclight in Hollywood.

The movie was amazingly awkward.

Acting was superb, but man, the story was tough.

It was real and gritty.

I would TOTALLY recommend the movie for many reasons, but not if you want to escape or need some love and laughter in your life.

Two hundred and six: Obsession with Olivia

Mama got a brand new bag.

And I am pretty much obsessed.

I work with Handbags.

I see a new bag on a daily basis.

I fall in and love then get over it.

So when I saw THIS bag...I knew it was different!

I wore it around the store ALL day long. Literally.

This bag is pricey for a non designer bag.

But I didn't care...and I usually do.

I am so in love with it!

Stapled leather, garment dyed Hobo.

I bought mine in a deep burgandy. The staples are more on the Rose Gold side. It is dyed after construction so no two bags look the same. There are some spots that have such deep saturation of color. There are four outside pockets, two zippered outside pockets and the bag can be worn as a long shoulder bag or as a cross body. The leather is so soft!
