The rain isn't keeping many people from living their every day lives. I mean, Christmas is in a few days and clearly people are still shopping.
There seems to be a uniform for this weather.
It is made up of Hunter boots and Black jackets.
Some throw in a droopy beanie.

I love the Hunter boots, I would love to own a pair! I do own a pair from Nine West which reminds me of them :)
