One hundred ninety nine: Red velvet flats

This oufit is pretty perfect in my book.

There is not one thing that I would change.

And I would wear this ensemble at any time.

The jacket is so fun and different.

I love the feminine ruffled blouse with the more masculine leather shorts.

And the FLATS are absolutely amazing. I feel like I need to have red velvet, bow flats in my wardrobe for Fall/Winter.
