It really saddens me when I see young Hollywood starlets growing up too fast. We have seen all too often how that has turned out for people like Britney, Lindsay, Mischa etc. I think that Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl fame is headed down that same road.

I repeat, no one, should wear that much eye make up.

Especially at 16 years old!
Where is her mother?!?!
I know that I am judging just a little bit. Ok, a lot. But this is not ok. She looks awful. Drugged out. And beat up!
Good lord! Taylor looks like a mess.
